you cant you need to know the combo and have the lock open to access the combination change device if there was a way to reset a combo on a locked lock what kind of security would that be?
Start praying that you remember the combo.

If it is a school locker go to the office they have the combination. If it is lock you bought look on the bottom or side sometimes there is a reset button. If there isn't look at the brand and see if you can call them on how to open it. All else fails you will have to cut it open.
I need to know how to use this lock again but unfortunately lost / forgot the combination, so please get back to me with an answe, I've been having this lock for many years. sincerely & fraternally
If you do not have the combination, there is no way to open the lock. A master combination would defeat the purpose of having the lock.
In order to open any combination lock you need to know the correct combination, set each wheel of the lock so that the correct combination of numbers are visible in a line and the lock will then pop open when triggered.

Hold down the silver button on the side. Scroll through the far right wheel until you hear a click. Do the same for the middle and left wheels. Hope it helped! (Worked for me) Update: Use your thumb to hold down the silver button on the side. With your thumb, you can feel the button "fall" or "bump" into place as you turn the wheel to the correct digit. This usually works really well on the 3rd digit. This at least narrows it down to 100 possible combinations (rather than the original 1,000). Or, knowing the last digit may help jog your memory to remember the combination you set in the first place.
