Foul languages were created by earlier people who may be angry on somebody or something. This is also possible that, they might have a mental problem and creating these word on their own, without any meaning. When writing these word, some people also write symbols or numbers making a alpha-numeric like word which cannot be pronounced, especially used in some magazines or comics.
