Accents are often so close to others there is NO WAY we could describe it in words. All I can say is an Austrian accent sounds vaguely like a German from the south.

An Austrian accent is typically characterized by a melodic and distinct pronunciation, with a tendency to elongate certain vowel sounds. It may also include subtle variations in consonant sounds and intonation, giving it a unique musical quality. It should be noted that there can be variations in accents within Austria, as regional accents can also influence the way people speak.
