Uhm.. Floor? It is a thing. You can touch most things, you can touch the floor... It is the 'bottom' of a house, the opposite of a ceiling. People walk on the floor, you keep most of your furniture on the floor.

I don't think it is a place, but there may well be a place called Floor.
