The french 'r' can best be pronounced by placing an 'h' in front of it. An 'e' between 2 vowels usually takes an A sound. 'er' is always pronounced like the english word 'air'. 'a' is 'ah'. 'tion' is pronounced 'see-ohn'...not 'on', like so many like to say it.

Say, [hray-sair-va-see-ohn].
