Of course. There are certain languages that make a person more adequate to do other languages accents but yes they can. Take the example of Hugh Laurie. He is the actor that plays Dr. House in the homonym show. He's British. You can also check his British accent in the Stuart Little movies. He plays the father. It's hard but possible.
Yes, British people can fake an American accent just like anyone else can fake an accent from Another Country. It may take some practice to perfect the accent and sound authentic to native American English speakers.
To fake a French accent, try exaggerating the pronunciation of certain sounds such as the "r" or the nasal vowels. Practice listening to native French speakers and mimicking their intonation and rhythm. Remember that a genuine effort to speak clearly and with confidence is more important than being perfect.
To fake a Roman accent, focus on elongating vowels and rolling your R's. Pay attention to the intonation patterns and pace of speech commonly associated with a Roman accent. It may also be helpful to listen to native Roman speakers or recordings to mimic the accent accurately.
Hey! I'm originally from Pakistan, and I have a good English speaking accent, however if you listen to it, you can tell it's not American. Here are some stuff I recommend doing, my accent is slowly perfecting by doing this: Listen to podcasts. Ear training can really affect your accent, you won't even notice it. Podcasts are just people with mostly good, developed accents talking for hours on end. These are easily accessible, take advantage of that. Be around the right people. In a study, a few American/British scientists were sent to Antarctica. It was found that these scientists, after a year there, had started pronouncing vowels differently because of the German researchers living with them there. (Not exactly how it went but it's basically how it went, the gist of it.) I can only assume you live in India, so instead of that, why not find American friends online? It seems you have already done so, but I recommend joining the Discord server called English, you'll be able to easily find it, there are English experts there and they are more than welcome to help you. Listen to people pronounce vowels. Go and search people pronouncing individual vowels. Do your best to mimic them till it's perfect. You need patience for this! I hope these could help, I'm not exactly the best of helpers but if someone needs help with something I know, I'll do my best to answer.
Faking an accent involves listening closely to native speakers of that accent, practicing the specific sounds, intonation, and word stress patterns, and then incorporating them into your speech. It's important to practice regularly and get feedback from others to make sure it sounds natural. Remember that respectful representation is key when using accents for entertainment or communication.
To fake an Italian New Yorker accent, try exaggerating the pronunciation of consonants (especially "r" and "t"), elongate the vowels, and add in some Italian slang or phrases for authenticity. Listen to native Italian New Yorkers for inspiration and practice to perfect the accent. Mimicking the rhythm and cadence of their speech can also help you sound more convincing.

Yes, Robert Pattinson did have to use an American accent in the "Twilight" movies, despite being British. He worked with a dialect coach to perfect his accent for the role of Edward Cullen.
Robert Pattinson does have a british accent but only uses his American accent for the Twilight series movies. But yes he is British.
Because it's fun to do. And convincing if you do it right.
As an American living in London it is quite easy to get a british accent (or fake one) you can either take speech classes with a british teacher or go live in England for a while and see the accent.
i doubt it. i dont think the director would do that to people but i think that there is not really any time to audition anymore considering that we r up to the 6th movie. then its just part 1 and 2 and its over so... its pretty hopeless. you dont need the accent i dont think.
Probably if you go to England and fake an accent.
