You see, there's a bunch of idiots that thought it would be funny to abuse their rights before there was an age. The first "drinking age" was established when the government got paranoid from all the people driving drunk. There are some countries where alcohol is illegal, and others the legal age is 0 lol. I think it should be based on personality, not your age.
