I read something similar to this not too long ago. I know the person was prosecuted for purposely infecting people with HIV. If you can prove it was on purpose, I would think you could do the same for STDs. They would purposely be trying to cause harm to you.

Yes, intentionally infecting someone with a sexually transmitted disease without their knowledge or consent can be considered a criminal offense. You may be able to press charges for assault, battery, or other related crimes depending on the laws in your jurisdiction. It is important to seek legal advice and report the incident to the authorities.

Does Allstate require a stolen vehicle report if a friend takes your car without permission and they wreck the car?

Absolutely they will want a police report. Not only that but they will also insist that you press charges unless you decide that you did give him permission to use the vehicle. If you gave him permission the accident will count against you and your policy. If you press charges, then it will not count against you.

Where to go for help with credit card dept caused by family member using information without permission but don't want to press charges?

You will probably have to press charges to get the debt forgiven. The first thing to do is to get all of your card information changed due to fraud (you can do this for the asking) and make sure that your mail and private affairs are locked up. Most likely you will have a problem with this person realizing the "deal" you gave them and being willing to pay for their mistake.

Can you press charges on your parents for giving you birth control without you knowing what it was what about doctors?

Not sure your parents can be held responsible since it's the doctor giving them to you. Doctors are obligated to tell their patients what they are given and birth control is optional. If it was not yours though and your parents gave them to you I think you can.

You stole a gun and pawned it but the owner isn't pressing charges but could the pawnshop owner press charges or put you in jail?

If you pawned or sold something that does not belong to you it is classed as stolen. If the Police have seized the item from the shop the pawn-broker or shop has a right to claim back the money they gave you for the item plus expenses. They can apply to a court for an order to acheive this. It would be better if you gave the money back on your own accord before it got to this stage because there will be court costs added to the charge also.
