A while back you could have but they passed a bill saying that you had to be 17 or have at least 16 credits towards graduation, and you need a parents permission. So you can technically, in my case in less then 4 months i will be 17 and i will have exactly 16 credits so either way i can and i will :) i hope this helps good luck... oh and if you drop out i would suggest you get a ged especially in this day and age. It might not be the best thing but its something to keep you going in life :)
