Contact an attorney. Whether or not he was given his rights isn't material to the warrant or arrest. A person needs to be advised of their right before any custodial interrogation or any statements (and their fruit) may be excluded from court.

If it was 15 months between the investigatory interview and the arrest then the original interview was probably not a 'custodial interrogation.'

Is the rumor true that Mary Ambrose the Estate Manager of Robert Palmer and his sometimes date get arrested and spend time in jail?

Yes, she did. She was first arrested in 1995 for giving false testimony regarding a murder investigation. She left an annonymous tip on a San Diego Police Dept. Tips Hotline attempting to involve a woman that she disliked intentley in a murder investigation. When the police interviewed the innocent woman and discovered that she had never met the murder victim and had an alibi at the time of the victim's death, they launched an investigation on behalf of the woman to ascertain who might have lodged the illegal bogus tip. They played the tip which was left over the phone for the woman to see if she would recognize the voice. She did. It was the voice of Mary Ambrose and she told the police so. They then tracked the phone number the call was made from and it was traced back to the home of Mary Ambrose's parents, where she was living at the time. She was arrested for bearing false testimony in a murder investigation and given six months probation at which time she had to report to a probation officer for those six months. Since it was a first offense she did not have to serve any actual time. Her second arrest was in 1997 when she was arrested while working for an escort service. She was arrested for pandering and served two months in jail and was released for good behavior, remaining for the additional four months of her sentence on probation. In 2005 she was arrested and sentenced to jail time for extortion. She had attempted to blackmail a friend of Robert Palmer's for money over incriminating photos that she had in her possession. The man refused to pay and filed criminal charges against Ambrose. She served six months in prison, serving the remainder of her two year sentence on parole.
