It depends on the circumstances. If you were in a donut shop and a police officer was reaching for his wallet to pay for his purchase and his gun fell out of his holster, hit the ground and went off hitting you with a bullet and killing you, that may be considered an accidental death. If you drew a gun on a police officer and he shot back killing you, that would not be accidental. That would probably be considered as being killed during the commission of a crime. Most life insurance will not pay any death benefit if you die during the commission of a crime.
One type of job that would be considered hard by many would being a police officer.
The legal definition of an accidental death is when a person is deceased but not by any fault of another human being. An example of an accidental death would be: Mary was climbing a ladder to clean her gutters and fell and broke her neck and passed away.
First off, It's B.B. not bebe gun and if you commit a crime with it being reresented as a real gun it is considered "a real firearm" other that that I would check with your local police to see if there are municipal restrictions.
noone will like you
Gross negligence can refer to the blatant disregard of someone's health and well being. It is not considered accidental and is considered when someone (such as a doctor) treats a patient wrong to where it results in a bodily injury, or even death.
If no one admits that the issue occured or their appears to be some mitigating issues they would not arrest. The sister may also have issues with being honest in the past with the police. Complaints like this are rarely single events. History is always something that needs to be considered.
Yes. A police report documents incidences that occur and takes a couple of days to obtain one.Added: The exception would be if the case were still an active investigation, then the information being developed by the investigating officers/detectives is not considered a public record.
Yes, of course. Juveniles are not immune from being considered suspects in crimes.

If you could legitimately articulate why you were afraid to open the door to the police, you may have some type of defense. On the other hand, you are going to have to convince a judge and or jury that your fear of the police was justified. That's going to be a tough sell.
if you feel like your being manipulated than you are. this is a crime in most states and can be considered stalking. contact your local police dept.
Killing or harming a police dog is a crime. A police dog is considered a police officer, despite not being human. Therefore by harming a police dog you are effectively harming a police officer in the eyes of the law. Police dogs are also very expensive to train and maintain. So not only would you be harming a police asset but you would also be angering the national treasury and taxpayers for wasting their money. Kicking or punching a police dog is a crime, unless the dog attacked for no reason, then it is self defence and acceptable. Otherwise you'll be jailed for harming the police dog. Killing a police dog, unless in self defence (except where the dog was set upon you by police) will also result in jail.
