Disneyland! Basicly thats what it is for most of the little bastards that commit major crimes! Kinda like a home away from home! 90% of the time Juvenile Hall has no effect as far as corrections go. Just like prison, an inmate has to want to go straight "so t speak" otherwise it just a chance for the criminals to sharpen their skills on what put them in there to begin with! It's very very hard to walk the straight line while incarcerated unless you are very strong physically and mentally!
It was called juvenile hall when I was a teen (not that I ever went there), but it may be called something else now. Generically it is refered to as Juvenile Detention. However, in the US there is a growing trend toward trying teens as adults. Many teens, in fact, are simply housed as county and municiple jails rather than a separate facility.
