Illegal Aliens are illegal, because in order to be legally present in the United States of America, one needs to either 1) have been born in the U.S., 2) been born to American parents, 3) become a naturalized US citizen, that is a person may have been a foreign national, but met the legal requirements to become a US citizen after an extended period of legal residence in the U.S. or 4) have a valid visa in your passport.
Most illegal aliens enter the U.S. illegally without a visa or passport. They simply walk across our border, typically our southern border with Mexico, but some to enter illegally via Canada or by boat from the Caribbean or another foreign country.
Slightly less than half illegal aliens arrive in the U.S. with a tourist visa, they then overstay their visa and work in the U.S. illegally, although they promised to not do so, when they applied for a visa at the U.S. Consulate, when they obtained their U.S. visa.
All illegal aliens are breaking the U.S. Immigration Law and disrespecting our country's laws and culture, which encourages all to abide by the Rule of Law.
