there are 35 amendments to the Kentucky constitution
There are no federal amendments but as of May 2014, 21 states have amendments to their state constitutions that ban same-sex marriage. Another seven states have recently had their amendments overturned, but are still in the appeals process.
Florida has had six different constitutions since becoming a state. There have also been several revisions and amendments with these constitutions.

In the United States, there is no amendment to the federal Constitution that opposes same-sex marriage. Many states, however, have adopted amendments to their individual state constitutions that prohibit same-sex marriage.
Since Florida has become a state, there has been six constitutions. The current constitution that Florida uses was created in 1968.
