Proceed to the exit. You may proceed in an orderly manner.
Normal signal: Turn left if the signal is green and there is no on coming traffic from the other side. Separate left turn signal: Turn left if the arrow is green. Do not wait for the on coming traffic. It is intended to move traffic through from the left lane. If the arrow is red or yellow, but the main signal is green, you may still turn left, but must yield to on coming traffic from the other side. Left on green arrow only: You must not turn left until the small arrow is green. Many drivers from out of state are confused by this, but if obeyed well, the traffic has the highest flow possibility using these principles. Out of state drivers tend to stay parked at the Separate left turn signal, if it is red or yellow, even when there is no on coming traffic and the main signal is green. It is a better safe than sorry approach, but it slows down traffic in the big picture.
Sure! I am waiting for further instructions before I can proceed with the project.

As listed below, a pedestrian does not always have right of way. They must also yield right of way to vehicles. CHAPTER 552. PEDESTRIANS 552.002. PEDESTRIAN RIGHT-OF-WAY IF CONTROL SIGNAL PRESENT. (a) A pedestrian control signal displaying "Walk," "Don't Walk," or "Wait" applies to a pedestrian as provided by this section. (b) A pedestrian facing a "Walk" signal may proceed across a roadway in the direction of the signal, and the operator of a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to the pedestrian. (c) A pedestrian may not start to cross a roadway in the direction of a "Don't Walk" signal or a "Wait" signal. A pedestrian who has partially crossed while the "Walk" signal is displayed shall proceed to a sidewalk or safety island while the "Don't Walk" signal or "Wait" signal is displayed. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, § 1, effective. Sept. 1, 1995. 552.003. PEDESTRIAN RIGHT-OF-WAY AT CROSSWALK. (a) The operator of a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to a pedestrian crossing a roadway in a crosswalk if: (1) no traffic control signal is in place or in operation; and (2) the pedestrian is: (A) on the half of the roadway in which the vehicle is traveling; or (B) approaching so closely from the opposite half of the roadway as to be in danger. (b) Notwithstanding Subsection (a), a pedestrian may not suddenly leave a curb or other place of safety and proceed into a crosswalk in the path of a vehicle so close that it is impossible for the vehicle operator to yield. (c) The operator of a vehicle approaching from the rear of a vehicle that is stopped at a crosswalk to permit a pedestrian to cross a roadway may not pass the stopped vehicle. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, § 1, effective. Sept. 1, 1995. 552.005. CROSSING AT POINT OTHER THAN CROSSWALK. (a) A pedestrian shall yield the right-of-way to a vehicle on the highway if crossing a roadway at a place: (1) other than in a marked crosswalk or in an unmarked crosswalk at an intersection; or (2) where a pedestrian tunnel or overhead pedestrian crossing has been provided. (b) Between adjacent intersections at which traffic control signals are in operation, a pedestrian may cross only in a marked crosswalk. (c) A pedestrian may cross a roadway intersection diagonally only if and in the manner authorized by a traffic control device.
Yes, of course you can, this should tell you that in your driver's hand book, when you go for your driver exam ( written and test drive) it would be a good idea to know all there is to know about the rules and regulations of the road or you will fail.Another view: If you are at an intersection where the left turn is clearly controlled by a signal (e.g.: red and green left turn arrows), it makes no difference whether there is oncoming traffic or not. You must wait for the green arrow signifying a legal left turn. However - if you are at an intersection where there IS a left-turn green arrow which goes out after a short time and there is NO red arrow present, THEN you may turn left when the green bullseye light controlling regular traffic is displayed and there is no oncoming traffic.
If you are in the lane governed by the arrow proceed carefully in the direction of the arrow after yielding the right-of-way to other vehicles and pedestrians. If you do not intend to go in the direction of the arrow and you are not in that lane, you have to wait for a green arrow, or a full green light. If you are in the 'green arrow' lane by mistake, you should move anyway, or you may annoy many people.Means that you may proceed in the direction of the arrow, if you are in the proper lane and the roadway is clear. It means that you may make a move IN THE DIRECTION THE ARROW POINTS ONLY.It means that vehicles wishing to move in the direction the arrow points can go. Ayy other maneuver is prohibitted.you can turn wichever way the green arrow is pointing but you have to be in the proper lane for such a turn and you must yield the right-of-way to vehicles and pedestrians within the intersectionIf going straight, it means you must stop until the light turns green. You are permitted to turn in whatever direction the green arrow is pointing.A green arrow with a red traffic light means you have a protected turn with oncoming traffic stopped at a red light. Then when the green arrow turns yellow and then you have a green light, you have to yield to opposing traffic, but you may still make your turn when the opposing traffic has cleared.
You may proceed with your claim against the estate of the deceased, in probate court.
That usually indicates that one or more of the bulbs have burned out. Turn on the left signal, get out of the vehicle and see which bulb is NOT turning on. Replace that bulb and the signal should work again. Also the flasher may not be working for one side.
Usually it works as the left shift arrow. But in games it may be used at nothing or may as a special move or something
