The two do go hand in hand.
Of whom?
I would say no, unless the parent's have some sort of legal guardianship, custodianship of the individual. Children are legally an adult at the age of 18 and parent's lose a lot of "rights" when that occurs.
You would have to adopt the baby, and the girl would lose all rights to the child. I suggest not doing this
Probably not, but it could possibly give someone who wished to challenge your guardianship grounds for doing so.
not without your parents permission, but if they do, they should lose custody rights.
No. A person cannot lose their parental rights to a child unless they file a voluntary relinquishment of parental rights petition and it is accepted by the court or the court permanently terminates parental rights due to abuse, neglect or some other applicable issue.
no the child will not lose that parents name. i currently have 2 children i'v lost my rights to and they still carry my name. the only way they can lose your last name is if you sign saying you accept the name change, nobody can just strip somebody of there legal born name.
The parents are liable for support to the State, unless/until the child is adopted. Losing one's parental rights does not terminate one's legal responsibility.
You do not lose your rights when you are convicted of a felony. You lose some rights which will be determined by the judge.
Even if children are removed by social services in Massachusetts, the parents do not lose their rights to protect them. If the child becomes endangered in foster care the parents should discuss the case with the authorities and a lawyer.
You don't lose any marriage rights. ----- Well there are some conjugal rights that may not be available to you if one of you is in prison!
