Administrative Law
Admiralty Law which is also known as Maritime Law are the same thing. It refers to the body of laws overseeing shipping and navigation on the open sea.
Common law refers to a traditional body of unwritten legal precedents created from everyday social customs, rules, and practices. It is developed through judicial decisions and is a key source of law in countries with a common law legal system.
In many legal systems, constitutional law is considered to be the highest form of law because it sets the framework for all other laws, including statutory law. Statutory law refers to laws passed by a legislative body, while constitutional law refers to the fundamental principles and rules outlined in the constitution.
Case law refers to common law. It is a law that is made by judges through the decision of the court.
