The identity of a firearm is carried with action or receiver, the assembly containing the fire control assemblies, the part that is stamped with the primary serial number. Barrels are not controlled parts as they serve no purpose without a receiver.
No
You probably wont be able to. They would have to be specifically fitted to your receiver.
You will need a gunsmith to know for sure.
Check the receiver and barrels.
yes sir
NoThis is from the Winchester Website:How versatile are the Model 1300 barrels? Will they fit earlier or different models? The Model 1300 barrels will fit Model 1200 receivers, but 1200 barrels will not fit a Model 1300. Model 1400 barrels will not interchange with Models 1200 or 1300 barrels. The Model 1300 Defender barrels will not interchange with the 1300 Field models and viceversa.
When the receiver is locked closed, remove the forearm using the lever on the bottom of the wood. Next keep a firm grip on barrel and receiver, break the gun open by the lever on the top of the tang. When broke open the barrels will lift off and separate from the receiver and stock.
The barrels are threaded into the receiver and not meant to be replaced by the average hunter. You would need to fabricate a barrel vise and receiver wrench to separate the two pieces. Also the barrels come in two different thread pitches 1' and 1.05" so be sure of what you have before purchasing. Unless it's broken, leave it alone.
There should be a lug on the bottom of the barrels and a spring-loaded lever on the top of the forearm. Put the barrels in place on the frame, set the concave metal back of the forearm against the convex part of the frame below the barrels and the lever behind the lug. Then push the forearm and the barrels together. WATCH YOUR FINGERS! It will snap into place.AnswerThe Forend can only be replaced with the barrels in place and locked.Follow the instructions in the first answer. The foreend can be installed on the barrels when gun is disassembled for storage but would have to be removed to install barrels back onto receiver
the numbers are under the forarm and if you take off the barrels on the recever as well
Need to know which model.
