High rise flats need to have proper spacing on verandahs and high rails to prevent them from accidentally falling. Keep the children well attended to so as to minimize the risk of accidents.

Why did the kincardine flats get demolished?

The high rise flats in Kincardine had very low occupancy levels, it was costing the council over £100K alone in lost rent, nobody wanted to stay in them. Why do land developers make flats or apartments?

In high rise flats it is not uncommon for occupants of flats at higher floors to complain about low water pressure why is this so?

Low water pressure in higher floors of high rise flats is often due to the gravity of water not providing enough force to push water up to those levels. Additionally, the distance that the water needs to travel and the complexity of the plumbing system can also contribute to reduced water pressure. These factors combined can result in occupants at higher floors experiencing lower water pressure compared to those at lower levels.

Why is increase in national income is necessary but not a sufficient condition for a rise in people's standard of living?

A rise in the national income is not necessarily a condition for the rise in people's standard of living. If the wealth is in the hands of a few, then most people's standard of living does not rise. In addition, if the population greatly increases, their is no rise.
