Euthanasia (assisted suicide) is to help one patient make their life end before they get killed from the terminal illness that could cause a slow and painful death. euthanasia makes it go faster and not painfully. DNR (Do not resuscitate) is for when people dont want their life to be saved. They choose to have any and all life saving medications, ventilators, so on and so on be their to save them anymore. It also happens when they dont want the pain after being saved from death they would rather just die peacefully.
You cant! euthanasia is a method of assisted suicide that is chosen for terminally ill patients the only way to stop euthanasia is not to do it!!
There is no difference, "Euthanasia" is just the Greek word of mercy killing!

Suicide means to kill oneself. Euthanasia is committed by another person.
allowed by federal law passed in 1991.By law, the DNR directive must be offered as an option to patients by health providers in, and in some states, out of a hospital setting.
The purpose of a DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) form is a legal form that stops doctors from performing CPR or other life saving methods on patients if their heart stops or they stop breathing.
non active euthanasia is the same as assisted suiside :)active euthanasia is just plain old suiside :)
A study revealed that out of 987 terminally ill patients, only 10.6% of them would favor voluntary euthanasia. ..source: JAMA
Euthanasia is only done if the patient wants to after they have been evaluated to be of sane mind. So yes, if that fits.
When someone has a cardiac arrest, Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) them. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) a life-sustaining act that has various techniques to restore the heartbeat or breathing. Patients with serious infections/cancer patients have no chance of recovery after CPR. On the other hand, patients survived after CPR end up with brain damage/disabilities. All these factors brought the DNR orders in 1970s into use. As per the DNR order, no one should perform CPR if the patient's heartbeat or breathing stops.
Euthanasia is used mainly in animals, and it is a humane way of killing them to stop them suffering.
No a DNR does not but you have a family that is sick and had gotten a DNR for the hospitals to see then the will not DNR the family memeber.
