International law is mainly a way of saying what the legal cooperation is between certain countries, as it comes to extradition and enforcement of marittime laws and codes. State law (US) are those laws that a state has the ability to enforce granted in its constitution. Federal law supercedes state law in almost all cases.
US laws are statutes passed by the legislatures of the various 50 states and the federal government and apply uniquely to the United States. Except for cooperative agreements and international laws that have been agreed to by treaty, so-called 'Interntional Law' does not apply in the US.
