Automotive diesel: 0.00084 per degC i.e. 10degC increase will produce roughly 1% increase in volume
The figure varies for other hydrocarbons, but most are between 0.0007 and 0.0012 per degC.

∙ 14y agoEither the question is misworded, or more information is needed. Compression implies load; in order for a peice of metal to be loaded by a temperature change, it would need to be rigidly restrained by something with a different coefficient of thermal expansion. If you mean what is the dimensional change, that is answerable. It is as follows: (original size) X (coefficient of thermal expansion) X (temperature difference) = (change in length) You need to look up the coefficient of thermal expansion, and make sure you get the units right: /°C or /°F
what type of question is that
The temperature coefficient for an insulator refers to how its resistance changes with temperature. Typically, insulators have a negative temperature coefficient, meaning their resistance decreases as temperature increases. This property is important to consider in applications where temperature variations could impact the performance of insulating materials.
You may need to rephrase the question. Thermal expansion is the amount a material expands or contracts under temperature change; expansion is instantaeous with temperature. When temperature is reached, so is expansion. It may take time to rach temperature, however.
If the question is, "What is the coefficient of 9b2 ?".......then the answer is 9.
The coefficient of friction of linoleum rubber can vary depending on factors such as surface texture, temperature, and the presence of contaminants. In general, the coefficient of friction for linoleum rubber is typically around 0.8 to 1.0. It is always recommended to test the specific linoleum rubber surface in question to determine its exact coefficient of friction.
That depends on the bear in question.
The coefficient of n, in the question, is 1.
Absorption coefficient of concrete for what? For sound waves, mechanical vibrations, radiation, etc... Next question is for what energy? Coefficient if a function of energy rather than a constant.
The correct set of coefficient for an equation depends with the equation in question. There are many types of equations.
This question is specific to the buyers contract, you should reference that document to answer this question.
That would depend on the coefficient in question. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------A coefficient indicates how many molecules or atoms of each reactant & product are involved in a reaction. -<3
