If it is dismissed without prejudice the case can be filed for suit again. And, if it is with prejudice the case will have notes from the judge and be permanently closed.

I tried to have a US Attorney take evidence of criminal activity in the courts to a Special Grand Jury. The USA refused, I filed a Petition for Writ of mandamus, that included 107 pages of supporting evidence, to have the court compel compliance and the judge dismissed the writ. The judge said he considered "pertinent portions" of the Petition in the Order. We really are not a nation of laws.

Not really enough information given in order to answer. Sign an order for what? Affecting who? Who 'dismissed' the judge from the case? If you think the judge issued an improper order AFTER she no longer had jurisdiction over the case, take the order to the judge presently presiding over the case and ask him to "stay" the other judge's order.
