The Judicial Branch .
The constitution assigns the judicial branch the role of interpreting laws, resolving disputes, and ensuring that laws are constitutional. The judicial branch also has the power to review the actions of the other branches of government to ensure they are in accordance with the constitution.

There are 3 of branches of government:legislative branch - which is responsible for proposing and passing the lawsexecutive branch - includes the president and the the departments that help run the governmentjudicial branch - interprets the laws,punishing criminals,and settling disputes between states
The third branch of the government is the judicial branch. It is responsible for interpreting laws, settling disputes, and ensuring that laws are applied fairly and consistently. Examples of institutions within the judicial branch include the Supreme Court and lower federal courts.
The legislative branch is responsible for enacting laws.
