Well, it really depends on the family. But here are some that should apply for everyone.
Father/Dad: Is the king of the house so he is responsible of making sure everyone is safe by beating up anyone who enters the house. The fathers rights are he should be able to hang with his buds and drink a couple of beers (not TOO many!) and watch some football, Basketball, etc.
Mother/Mom; Is the discipliner, she makes sure all of the kids do their chores and make sure they get to bed at the time allowed. She also is the one who ends up doing the laundry! Its pretty much a moms job! Her rights as a mother is she is allowed to put down the laundry and pick up that glass of wine by just hanging out with other moms!
Sister/Daughter:she is the one who bosses around her younger brother. I'm an older sister and trust me we do a lot of that!! Haha!! but she also texts, goes on the computer, hangs out with friends, etc. but when the fun is over its time t get down on the dishes! either washing, drying, loading, and or unloading every girl on this earth has probably done the dishes at some point!
our rights are really up to our parents some will let you do this and some will let you do that but its what the parents decide. But the basic rights are the rights to have privacy every parent should be able to let there daughter have privacy! but to be able to have privacy the daughter needs to be trustworthy.
Brother/Son: is the one who is strong and loves nothing but playing sports and hanging with his homies! when the day is done they text there homies if not then they are playing some of there favorite Video Games. Every boy from 6th grade to 11th grade are pervs beware if u r a girl! dont get into a relationship until all of hose hormones start to settle! also boys are ALWAYS talking about those cute/hot girls or the ugly girls! but a boys responsibilities are to take out the trash and roll the trash cans back in the morning. the rights are pretty much the same as the girls the boys get privacy as long as they are trustworthy. hope this helped!

Rights and duties are interlinked because rights often correspond to specific duties that others have towards us. For example, the right to freedom of speech is linked to the duty of others to respect that freedom. Conversely, duties often stem from the recognition of rights, as in the duty to provide a safe work environment corresponding to the right to a safe workplace.

Body corporate, according to BusinessDictionary.com, is a legal entity identified by a name. The law grants these entities rights and duties which are different from the rights and duties members of the body corporate enjoy as individual persons. The association may also have rights and duties to its membership. So, you could say that all homeowner associations are bodies corporate, but not all bodies corporate are homeowner associations
