Rights are about entitlement, privileges can be lost if abused.

Rights - having children

- to be chubby or lean

- have your own feelings

Privileges - driver's license

- raising children

- voting

No one can keep you from procreation, or tell you when to stop eating, or make you feel a particular way, but you can lose your driver's license, you can lose your children and you can lose your right to vote.
