We all strive to reach a state of well being, this is imprinted into our genes as we become spirit in human form. We all are programmed to have a healthy mind and body. There is a inner force within us that leads us constantly seek self preservation. This is a vital force that allows our body to heal and grow.
The second main principle of the law of attraction is gratitude. If you want to attract anything into your life you have to be able to feel grateful for what you already have. This principle springs from the basic principle of self-love. Love is a force that keeps the universe together. This unconditional and universal love is the force that makes us feel connected as humans.
You cannot manifest anything in your life as human being living a life reality if you do not love yourself unconditionally, feel grateful for being here, and have thoughts of well being for the highest good of all.
