i just heard today that they passed the law and its going to go into effect on July 1st, 2009. and you have to have your permit in order to get your liscense when your sixteen. I'm fifteen and i don't have my permit yet, but hopefully that will change really soon so that way i can still get my liscense in January.
You have to be 14 years old to take the test of multiple choice, and then if you miss none, then you get your per,mit.
