No, there is no law against calling the President a liar (in general).

However, when South Carolina Representative Joe Wilson shouted out, "You lie!" after President Obama said extending health care to all Americans would not mean insuring illegal immigrants, he violated the House of Representatives rules of decorum. Like any public proceeding (such as in court, government hearings, etc.) there are rules for how people are to behave, and the respect that they are supposed to show while they are participating in that proceeding.

Representatives cannot shout out derogatory remarks to interrupt speakers, whether or not they are the President.
