It is certainly under discussion but it is too soon to know how far the ban on swings could go. What has happened is that children, primarily on school grounds have been injured on swings. There have been a couple of law suits and of course Insurance Companies are worried about the cost of injury claims. The only way to keep a lid on accidents and damages is to eliminate that nasty old swing!
The concerns are aimed at grade school kids for the most part. What I can't figure out is how my entire generation and those before me managed to survive the swinging experience! I got hurt on more than one occasion but I got right back on that swing. It is fun. Kids love swings so by all means get rid of them and instead, have our kids sit with their face stuck in a video game during recess!
Probably not
There are several places you can buy baby swings. You can go to Toys R Us, Walmart, Kmart, Target, Big Lots, or even Ebay or Amazon. They all offer different styles and brands of baby swings.
US Trade Law do affect international business. Just take a simple example of Bangladesh's garment industry. Recently, US government has passed a new law regarding RMG export from Bangladesh. According to the law, US should not import RMG from Bangladesh because of child labor, labor unrest, and so forth. Therefore, Bangladeshi garments willbe hampered. But the fact is, Bangladesh has got rid of these kinds of problems to a great extent. Even though, because of this law, a small country like Bangladesh is going to lose a huge amount of export order and money thereby.

As soon as the US feels that law, order, and stability has been established in the country.
They typically put their degree after their name. In the US that is most often going to be JD.
Yes
To practice law in the US, you need a US law degree. Foreign nationals who already have a law degree in their own country can apply at US law schools for their LLM programs. An LLM is a one year degree. After receiving an LLM, you still have to pass the bar in the state in which you wish to work. How you convince a big law firm to hire you is up to you. I'd suggest going to the most elite university you can (Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, Yale, Chicago, or NYU are good options) or being at the top of your class.
