It is very unlikely that the legal sex age will go down to 14 years of age, as far as i am aware, it is staying the same. Its probably just a couple of immature boys passing around a rumor so that they make people think they can have sexual intercourse, when they can't. Also, the amount of underage pregnancy's is quite a lot, and even though it would not necessarily be under aged, school pupils could miss a lot of their education having and looking after their unwanted babies. So i can, based on this information, say no, i don't think the sex age is getting taken down to 14.
