What are you referring to specifically? Most food prepared in so-called 'fast food' restaurants was pre-prepared somewher else anyway (central commissary)and then "cooked" to order for the customer. Hamburgers/etc. kept under infra-red lamps to keep them warm prior to serving is okay, but taking old/cold already prepared food and re-cookling it is against Health Department regulations.
