The role of the judiciary system in the creation of the nation are to enforce laws. The judiciary system enforces the laws that the legislative branch of government makes.
Apart from centralized judiciary system, multi level court system helps to expand the extent of justice to the remotest corner of the country, to which the common people are most benefitted. In centralized judiciary system, there is a unitary tendency, forcing the common people to be deprieved from legal aids. The Lok adalats at panchayat level in India are classic example of multi level court system.
One key difference is that Mexico has a civil law system, while the US has a common law system. In the Mexican judiciary, judges play a more active role in investigating cases compared to the US system where judges are more neutral arbiters. Additionally, Mexico has a Supreme Court that focuses on constitutional review, while the US Supreme Court has a broader role in interpreting federal laws.
