You need to discuss it with the landlord or someone with authority at the leasing office. Only the maker of the lease can release you from it and you need to get that in writing.

I feel uncomfortable with a month to month lease. I originally signed a six month lease and my Landlord refuses to resign a lease. Is there any action I could take, here in WI.?
Samoa is an island, not a continent.
Until the lease is satisfied or the vehicle surrendered, you can't. You guarantee the loan if the primary cannot pay for it.
The co-signer cannot be released until the lease has expired unless the lessor agrees to release the co-signer in writing.
You would need to file a lawsuit against them for a legal eviction. I strongly advise that you retain an attorney to do this. If you win your lawsuit, then the sheriff will forcefully remove them from the premises.
evict them go to the court house and file eviction papers if they are not on the lease or mortage....or just have them removed ;)
Sometimes when living situations do not work, a person must be removed from a lease. Usually, a person only has to speak with the landlord, and the landlord will remove the person from the lease.
Yes, its just a matter of that person requesting to be removed as the co-signer. They might put that child in jeopardy of staying in that facility without a co-signer, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Wanda Improve Credit, LLC
If the equipment was attached in such a manner that it could not be removed, you would depreciate it over the term of the lease or shorter.
Well, from what I can see, generally, you need both parties to agree, and that includes the person who is being removed.
You just need to tell your family that they need to leave. If they will not, you can call the police to have them removed.
This depends on if your husband is on the original lease. If other bills are in your name than the rent you are responsible for those. If the forner is true you can have your name removed.
