Well whoever this is will be convicted of possesion and probably with the intent to distribute but it is his/her first offense, but then again that is 16 pills that's more that 3 grams so this person will be incarcerated for about a year with probation after. Because my friend was arrested for one pill or "bump" and he did 30 days in the docs. So no need to pay a lawyer cause that will be a waste of time and money. If they plead guilty like my friend maybe they would get a shorter term.
