I think "let us dare" means to be strong enough to move on, especially when someone tells us they do not want us in their lives. Instead of moping about it, hassling them, or becoming psychotic about them and not letting them go, we need to dare to be healthy and move on. It also means having the courage to heal from our pasts instead of letting our pasts rule our lives. It also means to have the self love to get away from and stay away from those people who hurt, hit, and abuse us. "let us dare" means to be healthy, in EVERY aspect of the word. Hope this helps.
Well we know it by learning DARE it stands 4 drug abuse resistance education. If you go on the dare website or participate in dare it can really help you learn that education can reduce drug abuse?
You ask someone dare or double dare then they choose one, if they choose dare you dare them something, but they get 2-5 chickens to use if they don't want to do that dare, if they choose double dare they have to do the dare no exceptions,so I would lock the door before you say the double dare. ;)

People use peer pressure to dare kids in school to do things they do not want to do. Most of the time the people who dare people are to scared to do the dare themselves so they dare other people to see if they will do it. And if they don't the person who gave the dare will call them names or insult them until they do what they wont and most of the time the person who finally gives in to the dare gets in trouble and the darer doesn't because in the US there is freedom of speech.
A popular dare is ''I dare you to kiss (someone)"
