It didn’t change the bill of rights, but added to the constitution. The 14th provides for due process of law, citizenship of naturalized and people born in the United States, the state shall not deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process and gives equal protection. None of this affects the Bill of Rights and it is one of the most important amendments added to the constitution.
