How do you get Ma Chaos level 11 weapon in Dynasty Warriors 4 Extreme Legends?
Achieve at least 500 KO Count. Receive Ma Chao is taking the lead message over 5 times. Finish the stage achieving twice the KO Count as the ally general in the second place. 499 KO Count is an "A" rank. 500 KO Count and above can be an "S" rank. But just achieving 500 KO Count won't unlock the weapon. Immediately after game start, head to the bottom fort and fight in front of the bottom enemy entry point, just far away enough from the entry point captain that you don't attract him to you so that you won't have to fight and defeat him. Enemy soldiers will come to you by themselves. Keep fighting here and achieve twice as many KOs as the ally general in the second place. Be mindful of the KO Count reports of your fellow ally Five Tiger Generals. The 1st time I tried to unlock this weapon: Ma Chao = 683 KO Count. Zhang Fei = 450 KO Count report. I didn't unlock the weapon. The 2nd time: Ma Chao = 772 KO Count. Guan Yu = 400 KO Count report. I didn't unlock the weapon. The 3rd time: Ma Chao = 484 KO Count. Huang Zhong = 250 KO Count report. I didn't unlock the weapon. The 4th time: Ma Chao = 561 KO Count. Huang Zhong = 250 KO Count report. I unlocked the weapon, but didn't save because I did not understand fully and wanted to do some more testing. Then after some more tests, when I was almost certain of the conclusion that getting twice the KO Count as the ally general in the second place will unlock the weapon, this result broke the rule: Ma Chao = 928 KO Count. Guan Yu = 450 KO Count report (2 seconds before the end of stage). I did not unlock the weapon. So I did some re-thinking, and started taking notice of the who's taking the lead messages. So I started counting. Test 1: Ma Chao in the lead = 8 times (734 KO Count). Zhao Yun in the lead = 0 times (250 KO Count). Guan Yu in the lead = 2 times (200 KO Count). I got the weapon. Test 2: Ma Chao in the lead = 6 times (585 KO Count). Guan Yu in the lead = 1 time (250 KO Count). I got the weapon. Test 3: Zhang Fei won. Test 4: Ma Chao in the lead = 4 times (775 KO Count). Guan Yu in the lead = 1 time (300 KO Count). I did not get the weapon. Test 5: Ma Chao in the lead = 5 times (585 KO Count). Zhao Yun in the lead = 1 time (250 KO Count). I got the weapon. Taking all the above test results into consideration, I arrived at my conclusion. Do this on Expert Mode

The rock or the wooden club, simply because they were in use for so much longer than any modern weapon. Followed by the spear.

If you mean a misdemeanor conviction, yes, it can be legal. Your employment agreement may even say so, even including a moral turpitude clause, which you can be fired for immoral behavior that is not even considered illegal.
When making a weapon on computer for tes 3 morrowind how do you change the count number or put it on a map somewhere?
You have to open up the map itself and place the weapon - drag and drop it from the object window into the render window, then position it just how you want it. Once you insert the item into the game world, the Count Number increases. Then save as a plugin file. Your plugin file is what tells the main game to have that weapon there.
How do you level up fast on Moderen Warfare 3?
Find someone who will let you continuously shoot them in the head with your favorite weapon. Each kill will count as both a standard kill and a headshot, allowing you to earn both Marksman and Expert weapon challenges. Not only do you get XP from it, but your weapon will too, and when your weapon levels up, you get even more XP.
If you sell a upgraded weapon in resident evil 5 does it still count toward the achievement?
You have to upgrade all the weapons so you can get the achievement
I selected prestige mode but have played through 5 games since and I dont show any kills for the weapon I am usingany ideas as to why?
because you havent unlocked those challenges yet, once you get new challenges the weapon will start the kill count.
