A Marriage Licence is valid only withing the jurisdiction that issued it. A Marriage Licence issued in one Canadian province would not be valid in another Canadian province or territory, nor would it be valid in any other country. However, a marriage performed under the authority of a Marriage Licence issued by the Canadian province, and performed within that Canadian province by a person authorized to perform marriages, is a valid marriage, provided that the parties are not otherwise prohibited from marrying each other.Added: Are you asking about (1) a Canadian marrriage license with a view towards having the ceremony performed in the US? OR - (2) are you asking if a marriage performed in Canada is recognized in the US?The answer to the first scenario is NO.The answer to the second scenario is YES.
It all depends in which State or Province you officially reside. In order to get an Enhanced Driver's Licence, you must be permanently residing in one of the Canadian Provinces which offer the program and hold a valid Driver's licence of that Province. To summarize, if you live in the US and have no residence in Canada: You cannot have a Canadian Enhanced Licence.
As long if he/her has a licence.
i need a copy of my marriage licence
If they are a resident in the United States, if they possess a green card, and if they possess a valid work visa, then yes. A Canadian citizen with a Class I can also operate in the US, and I have seen some who, while maintaining their residence in Canada, have worked for US carriers.
The minister or Justice of the peace will send off the marriage licence, but to obtain a legal name change you have to send off for a certified licence.
Yes, but if you're going to remain as a resident in Virginia, you're going to have to switch your licence over to a Virginia licence. I believe VA gives you 30 days after establishing yourself as a resident to do this.
A full licence is, but a learner's permit is not.

Zero. Anyone in the business of selling cars in this province must be licensed by the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council-it's the law. There are no vehicle minimums, you must have an AMVIC licence for retail sales and a salesperson registration in order to sell vehicles in Alberta. See amvic.org for more information. Individuals or automotive sales businesses operating without an AMVIC retail sales licence are considered curbers. Alberta's automotive regulator, AMVIC, aggressively works to shutdown curbers and take enforcement action against them.
If you move to Alberta you must change your licence to Alberta as soon as possible. (There is a small allowance of time to get this done) If you are passing through Alberta you may operate any vehicle you are licensed to operate in your home jurisdiction.
