It's important to understand that our judicial system is not without it's flaws. Sometimes innocent people are convicted of crimes they did not commit. Other times, the guilty go free. It is also important to point out that circumstantial evidence and a case based on this type of evidence is every bit as damning as physical evidence, which is why it is given great weight under the laws of our country.
This being said, it would be virtually impossible, based on this evidence, that Casey Anthony was not responsible for the death of her daughter. As was with the case of Scott Peterson, piece by piece, the evidence leaves only one option, the guilt of Casey Anthony.
Why the jury was blind to this evidence is unknown since they have all refused to speak about the case in general, the verdict specifically. The way it looks, the verdict was arrived at because of 'case not proven'. In other words, the burden of guilt falls to the prosecution. They must prove that Anthony is guilty. If there is reasonable doubt, the jury could and should aquit. Not that she wasn't guilty but that the prosecution could not prove it, in their opinion.
But for the rest of the world it is hard to understand how they could discount the viable evidence the prosecution presented. When dealing with humans and their emotions, nothing is a sure thing.
As far as I know, Casey Anthony did not have a criminal record before the death of Caylee.
According to a jury of her peers, she was pronounced not guilty in the death of her daughter on July 5, 2011.
Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony was born in Warren, Ohio.
Casey Anthony's child's name was Caylee Marie Anthony. Caylee was 2 years old, almost 3, but was most likely murdered.
Caylee Anthony died sometime in the middle of June 2008. Due to the complete decomposition of her remains, the exact date and cause of her death remains unknown. Her mother, Casey Anthony, was acquitted of all charges relating to the child's death by a jury at trial on July 5, 2011.
Casey was the last one to be seen with Caylee alive which was proven by Casey's friends, her father and during police intergation when claiming she dropped Caylee off at her nanny's home. When Caylee's remains were found not to far from the Anthony's home she was found in a laundry bag which Cindy Casey's mother claimed to be missing a laundry bag, there was duck tape found on Caylee's mouth which same brand of duck tape was in the Anthony's garage, a winnie the pooh blanket that matched the rest of Caylee's bedding set in her room, along with Casey's car the truck smelling like death but was dissputed by her defense team saying it was the garbage that was in the truck of her car, I believe she did kill her daughter but while Caylee was missing Florida had a hurricane and were Caylee's remains were found I believe from sitting in the water cause that area was flooded didn't help with erasing alot of the evidence needed to prove Casey did it. so wasn't really proven for sure how she was killed. even though the duck tape on the mouth should of been a dead give away. alot of speculation's that cloriform was used but was only alittle in the trunk of her car but just wasn't enough to prove she did it. or atleast that is how the jury say it!
No they hate her because she killed her child Caylee
Following the death of her daughter, Caylee, Casey Anthony has accomplished two positive things. These include the acknowledgement of living an impractical, unhinged life, and the acknowledgement of Caylee being her biggest accomplishment.
The Casey Anthony trial is the State Vs. Casey Anthony. The trial is deciding whether or not Casey Anthony will be convicted of killing her daughter, Caylee, who was 2 at the time.
That's what Casey said but no one knows! No one, probably not even Casey, knows who the biological father is. She says he died in a car accident, but none of her known sexual partners have died.
AnswerCaylee was last seen in June of 2008 by anyone other than her mother. In July, her mother, Casey, returned home without Caylee, and Cindy (the grandmother) called the police. A search for Caylee ensued, which eventually became the largest search for a missing person in history. Casey was arrested for check fraud, theft, and, finally, Caylee's disappearance. Casey maintained several stories throughout the search. She lied about having a job at Universal Studios, Caylee having been kidnapped by the nanny (and Casey herself having searched for her for the 31 days Caylee was missing), and various other aspects of the case. Caylee's body was discovered in December of 2008 just yards from the Anthony family's home. Casey was arrested for her death. Casey's car had been found shortly before it was discovered that Caylee was missing, and it was reported to smell like a "dead body." This and searches for "chloroform," "neck breaking," "how to make chloroform," and "self defense techniques" were all used against Casey in the trial. The nanny was found to have never existed, and for the 31 days Caylee was supposedly missing, it was discovered that Casey had been out partying and drinking. The trial began in 2011 (June, I believe), and the defense opened up by saying that George Anthony (Casey's father) and Lee Anthony (her brother) had sexually abused Casey, and thus Casey hid any feelings she had. They also maintained that Caylee had drowned in the family's swimming pool, and that Casey and George had panicked and disposed of the body. George repeatedly maintained his innocence. Casey Anthony, whether because of media bias or not, has become a hated public figure. Her acquittal has caused extreme outrage and frustration throughout the country.AnswerThe actual history of the case, including many documents from the investigation, evidence submitted, and video of the complete trial is archived on the WFTV Orlando web site. A time-line of all the events from the first report of Caylee missing through the trial is on the Investigation Discovery site. See the links below.
There have been no reports of in vitro fertilization and it appears it was an accident pregnancy so the answer would be through sex.
