A supervisor's job is to supervise. If they see that someone is clocking in or out inappropriately, it is their job to straighted it out. If they do not do that, they are not doing their job. If you feel that the supervisor is in error, first tell the supervisor, and if you get no satisfaction, take it up the chain of command. Shop Steward, VP, whomever.
