It is permissible to conceal carry a weapon while hunting
It depends on where you are. In some states, it is legal.
Depends on the laws where you are- we get questions from SEVERAL nations, and laws vary. In the US, it will vary by state. The issue is not so much "can a minor own a handgun" as it is "Can a minor POSSESS a handgun?" Surprisingly, the answer MAY be yes- with the permission of the Minor's parents, on their own property, or in some instances, when the minor has the written permission of the parents. In some places, a 15 yr old may be working on a ranch, and be permitted to carry a handgun. While I would like to be able to give you a definitive yes/no answer, there are too many variables to do so. Sorry-
It depends on what you mean exactly. You can transport an unloaded handgun in your vehicle while you travel as long as the handgun isn't accessible to you. However, if you have a handgun carry permit, you can carry the gun on your person in some states. That said, you can carry a handgun on your person inside your car in some states without a permit. Check out handgunlaw.us for more information about each individual state's laws.
Yes, in Texas one can carry a hand gun in the motorcycle saddlebags. A person can also carry a handgun in plain sight while traveling.
Yes, as long as you are also a resident of Florida. Sorry, I should have also said this: You can buy a handgun from a private party if you don't live in Florida, but to be legal, the owner would have to ship the gun to a dealer in your state, and you would have to pick it up there. There will almost always be a charge for that.
A person may carry a concealed, loaded handgun without a permit while in or heading directly to a car they own or control.
You can open carry a handgun without a permit, or carry a handgun concealed with a permit. Long barreled weapons are permitted when used for hunting purposes, but if you go walking through downtown Jackson, Tupelo, Gulfport, or any other populated area carrying a loaded rifle or shotgun, you're going to find yourself in a bit of hot water.
If you have a NYS hunting liscense and you are carrying it while hunting or traveling to or from a hunting trip.Yes
A hunter's bag is typically called a game bag or a hunting bag. It is used to carry and transport game or supplies while hunting.
Carry laws are defined by the state you live in. In a few states, there are no restrictions whatsoever, while in others -- on the other extreme -- carry is illegal. For the majority, some restrictions apply. Check your local laws.
Georgia law requires that you be at least 18 years of age to possess either a handgun or long gun such as a rifle or shotgun. While you can legally own a handgun in Georgia at 18 years of age, Federal law requires you to be at least 21 years of age before you can purchase a handgun.
