In MD, you can only get a drug record expunged if you were a juvenile, pardoned, found not guilty, not prosecuted, or received probation before judgement. If you were actually convicted of an offense, you can only expunge a few minor offenses, and drug offenses are not one of them. If you and your offense are eligible for expungement, you generally have to wait for 3 years after your acquittal or probation or sentence before you can file. You then file a petition and waiver form with the Clerk of District Court in your county. The first related link below is the MD Judiciary's page about expungement; it has good links to a brief flyer and a more detailed brochure, and you should download both. Procedures may vary from county to county, so you should inquire with the Clerk of Court before doing anything. The second related link has contact information for all MD trial courts, and links to their websites.
