During research I found many websites with conflicting (and oftentimes personal), opinions on this question. Tennessee's statutes seem vague on this subject but the below seems to be the most authoritative source I could find. TENNESSEE: 18 years of age; unless child is still in high school; in such cases emancipation occurs when child graduates from high school or when he/she reaches age of majority.

It is legal to be a 17 year old in Washington. It is legal to be a 25 year old in Washington. It is legal for them to have sexual relations, as the age of consent is 16 in Washington. It is not legal for a 17 year old to enter into a contract.
No but they could co-sign with them.
The contract can be legally binding at the discretion of the 18 year old. The minor can 'disaffirm" the contract, or say there is no contract, when he/she reaches the legal age of majority in AL which is 19.
ANY contract is legal as long as both parties agree to the terms
Generally, anyone under the age of 18 cannot enter a legal binding contract. A lease is such a contract. So no apartment complex would ever lease to a 17-year-old.
1918
No.
A 16-year old cannot get financing from a car dealership because they are not old enough to enter into a legally-binding contract. The age of 18-years is the youngest that a person can sign any kind of legal contract.
It is if the contract allows that.
In the UK anyone under the age of 18 is legally defined as a child and therefore cannot enter into any legal contract by themselves; an adult must be involved in the process as a trustee or guarantor.
yes, do you have money? you will need a parents consent and signature, you are too young to enter a legal contract! There fore you need the signature and consent
No........ according to Indian contract Act a person must have attained the age of 18 to enter in to a contract or else that contract becomes void and null contract as it is a contract made with minor............
