It depends on which state you live in, some states may allow this. As stated in The Family Law Handbook for Washington, "In Washington, adults decide where the children will live. A court may consider a child's wishes only if the child is old enough and mature enough. There is no magic age for a child to be mature enough to state his or her choice. Generally, courts do not want children to be involved in making these decisions." Person Matters You could disguss about where you wanna live. But legally the paernt with custody decides where abouts the child will go/move ect. hope i helped :D
