Difficult to say.
While one article states that five of the six were charged (the sixth was granted immunity to provide evidence to convict the others). The longest sentence given in the article was a fifty year maximum. That one would likely still be in prison (34 of the 50 down).
Another article claims the intruders were three men and two women, although no evidence of such is given.
Factually, I can find mention of only three by name, and the claim of six intruders seems to prevail. Of the six, only three appear to have been charged. Jerome and Howard Woodward were both sentenced to fifteen years in prison for their part in the botched burglary, both would be out of prison now, provided they did not catch further charges while incarcerated. Watson Thompson was acquitted and never went to prison. No mention is made of the other two to three, or of any women in the gang.
Millions of men from 1969 are still alive.
He is still alive and hanging out in Florida.....
In "X-Men: Days of Future Past," Charles Xavier is shown to be alive despite being killed in "X-Men: The Last Stand" due to the alteration of the timeline by Wolverine's consciousness being sent back to the past. This change in the timeline prevented Charles from being killed, allowing him to survive in the new timeline.
0 are still alive. Stupid.

Yes, Charles Xavier (not Xavies) is still alive as of the third installment of the X-Men films. He is slated to appear in the 4th film as well and is one of the most popular of the X-Men characters.
