Working at a law firm for a few years has taught me you should never get legal help online for two simple reasons:
1.) They could tell you they're veteran lawyers of 30 years and really they've never even went to law school.
2.)As long as they provide you with the service they can still take your money even if you are unsatisfied with their services.
Most law firms you contact offline will be more then happy to show you their certifications and be a much bigger help to you then people pretending to know anything about law.
According to the internet law, it is legal to create affiliate sites as long as you are not running a scam operation.
I suppose the site is legal, but it really is a scam. It is legal only so long as you are not transferring copyrighted content. They give the impression that they are a legal site for downloading copyrighted content, but they have a small disclaimer that talks about copyrighted content transfers being illegal. What the site does is charge you for things that can be gotten for free. A good way to spot such scam sites is to look for the copyright disclaimer I mentioned above and in their FAQ for something like 360Share has: "The software is free. You are paying for the online help and support and the online tutorials for the lifetime of the membership." The site also has a red (high risk) rating from Web of Trust (WOT) and McAfee Site Adviser. Stay away from this site (and any similar sites).
In order to know if an agency is a scam, you must do research online. You can search sites like the Better Business Bureau or do an online search. If there is any suspicious activity or consumer complaints, it will show up.
