It is my belief that one must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any size or type of knife or blade in the state of Texas.
In Oklahoma, the legal age to buy a knife is 18 years old. However, it is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to carry a knife not made as a pocket knife.
There's no age restriction in the state of Texas for buying a pocket knife
No there is no age limit
There is no age restriction. There are some requirements as to size but non at this time pertaining to carry age in the STATE LAW...municipalities, counties, cities, and businesses can restrict purchase to age which runs from 16 to 18 years.
Although several requirements for getting a California driver's license have changed, the age requirements have not changed since 1997.
state requires the renter must be over the age of 18
Depends on where you live in California and where you buy it. Most businesses require a minimum age of 18 for purchase...sometimes it is 16. This is to limit liability to the business and lawsuits from others with the idea of protecting children. While there is no restriction of age in CARRYING a knife, municipalities, cities, counties, businesses limit purchase to those more of an age to be considered responsible for their actions.
There are no age requirements to buying food in a supermarket. People of all ages need to eat.
In California its the age is 16. For full license requirements see http://www.dmv.ca.gov/dl/checklists/mc.htm
Check with your local health unit, they will have the age requirements and a list of licensed facilities in your area.
You have to turn 18 the year of the election to be able to participate as a voter.
In the stone age.
