You are looking for a job. It has been quite a while since you went through the job seeking process. You are not real sure of what to do first. There are many sources that want to help you begin the process of application. Some of these sources are professionals that charge a fee for their service. The fee, paid by the employer, is typically a percentage of your annual gross income. There are volunteer groups associated with your Church or other social organizations that you are a member. There is considerable reading matter via the internet or the local library that will help you begin to define your approach to beginning the search. The very first thing you want to do is let your family and friends know that you are on the market for a job. Being referred by a family member or friend is a great start to obtaining a position with a new employer. The fact that the person interviewing knows the person that referred you gives the prospective employer a little more confidence in you. You are not the only person being interviewed. You should assume that there were more than a few before and some after you that are seeking the same position. It is important for you to stand out in the selection process by making every effort to impress the interviewer. You do not want to minimize the preparation of a personal resume. If you are confident that you are capable enough to prepare your own resume, be sure you have a friend or associate that is willing to edit. If you do not have a friend that will edit, then you should consider obtaining professional help with a resume company. Professional help may be your first cost into seeking new employment. The resume with a cover letter may be the first exposure you have with a new employer. You want this introduction to tell your story in a manner that professionals consider acceptable in the hiring process. You are now ready to analyze where you want to work geographically and what type work you are qualified to seek. You create a list from social media, professional Human Resource advertisements and mail your cover letters with a resume to each prospective employer. This process is a full time endeavor.

Unfortunately there are not any job openings currently with our company. Our job market is very slow right now, but you should have some success finding something that you like if you search some of the job boards such as Monster, where a wide variety of available positions are listed.
Pretty much, taxes=easier work=easier finding a job=easier having a life= easier )

Yes, there are job banks for teachers particularly in areas that are having a hard time finding teachers. This is not as common as in the past but if you are willing to go to a rural or isolated community then a job bank may help.
