Fortified foods
enriched or fortified.
Enriched or fortified foods are processed foods. In the factory processing the nutruents have been lost. So the factory has to put them back in, thereby the advertisers 'bend' the truth, by telling you that it is fortified. It is advertising rubbish.. Go onto a totally natural diet of fresh food ; meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit. maybe thre occasional drink and a little bread. You never see a fat native in the jungle, because they are on a totally natural diet, which they have to hunt/forage for.
